This small, family-friendly insurance company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community With a family first approach to work, TES Staffing is looking for an incredible person to assist with Office Management duties for this firm. This is an excellent role for someone who is looking for a low stress, stable job with incredible people.Details:
Monday – Friday 8:30a – 5pm Fridays, 8:30a-4p
Pay: Depending on experience, starting at $19/hr. If you have insurance experience and/or license in NYS, we are prepared to offer higher compensation.
Contact to hire after 600 hours; PTO, Paid Holidays, medical benefits and other ancillary benefits will be offered upon direct hire.Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to our positive office atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Answering customer calls and addressing inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responding to customer emails promptly and effectively.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  • Data Entry:
  • Entering customer information into various software platforms accurately.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and organized electronic and paper records.
  • General Office Duties:
  • Assisting with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Ordering office supplies and ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude.
