Job Opportunity:
Role: Ocean Freight Operator (Hybrid)
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Salary: 28,000 – 32,000

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completions of Ocean Freight Operations (Import/Export) from Start to Finish
- Quoting and Pricing, ensuring best rates are secured
- Liaising with shippers, hauliers, carriers
- Key account management – responsible for managing accounts from booking to deliveries
- Arranging for the timely and accurate documentation of shipments
- Completing custom documentations
- Creating and maintaining strong relationship with clients, ensuring all inquries are dealt with
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience working with a leading freight forwarder
- Awareness of all aspects of shipment process from Start to Finish
- Can collaborate with the customer to provide the best service available
- Able to reach all deadlines within the time constraints provided
- Confident and effective communication skills (verbal and via email), with the ability to build relationships with customers
