Why Mayo Clinic
Responsibilities
The Division of Endocrinology is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work as a member of our Nutrition/Bariatric team. This is a multi-disciplinary outpatient practice which focuses on the care of complex patients who are exploring medical/surgical options for weight management as well as ongoing medical management for patients who have undergone surgical/procedural interventions. Patients are seen in both individual appointments as well as in group setting. The use of Zoom virtual visits accompany traditional face-to-face encounters. The division has a rich base of clinical and research experience and has been ranked #1 in US News and World report for 28 consecutive years.
Our work is both challenging and rewarding. We continue to explore creative ways to provide individualized, quality, and timely care in a cost-effective manner. The provision of care includes, but is not limited to; comprehensive evaluation, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosis, and prescription of appropriate therapies.
