Responsibilities
Family Medicine is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Mayo Clinic Health System team in Mondovi, WI. This role provides competent medical care to patients within the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant scope of practice. Exercises autonomy in medical decision making and provides a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Through a collegial and collaborative team approach, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant functions as an interdisciplinary team member in the delivery of high quality and cost-effective care. The position will work collaboratively with physicians, other mid-level providers and nursing/support staff in the Family Medicine department.
This role will also involve coverage in Osseo, WI as patient needs dictate.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current WI RN and APRN license and certification as an FNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice.
