Job description: An excellent opportunity is now available for a Nurse Director of Home Health and Hospice services in the Eastern Washington.The Nurse Director of Home Care will oversee budgeting, strategic planning and growth for this hospital based Home Care Agency and will have experience in financial and operational matters related to outpatient Hospice and/or Home Health units. The Home Care Nurse Director will implement knowledge of CMS regulations and guidelines as well as business development and proven leadership skills. The Nurse Director of Home Health a will help develop and grow this service line, which has been a staple in the community for decades.The Director of Home Health and Palliative Care will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will lead an excellent team of registered nurses, nurse Managers, dietitians, social workers and oncology specialists. The Regional Director Home Health Services will have over 12 direct reports and will be over 100 + employees.The Nurse Director will work closely with Palliative Care & Hospice Divisions and collaborate with a knowledgeable group of therapists and Physicians.The Home Health Nurse Director will oversee a compassionate and growing department, which sees patients either unable to make it to the Medical Center, or recovering at home. This Healthcare Organization is known throughout the Bay Area for their top-notch patient care, and the Home Health service line is growing exponentially.The RDirector Home Health will be joining a team and Organization, well regarded throughout out the region for their quality measures and patient satisfaction scores. Devoted to patient care, and with an ever-expanding patient population, the organization started small and has grown into one of the busiest Home Health Services in the region.The Regional Director Home Health is part of a large healthcare organization with Medical Centers throughout the area; they promote a healthy work life balance, with the opportunity to work in the office, work remotely, and work from home. The Director Home Health will be required to visit facilities throughout the region, but can live in a variety of cities and counties throughout Northern California. The Medical Center is prepared to offer a generous salary, relocation assistance, a lucrative bonus plan, retirement and a pension plan.

Expected salary: $100000 – 120000 per year
