Job description: We are looking for a Front Desk Officer / Receptionist
- High school or Bachelor degree (preferably)
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Superb communication skills. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Greeting clients, business associates, and guests with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, manuals, and etc.
- Taking phone calls, sorting correspondence, answering to client inquiries.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Updating records and files, maintaining schedules.
