We are looking for Area Manager Head Of& nbsp;Business
Job responsibilities:
� Expand sales network by identifying, pitching ;and building relationships with potential partners and/or customers.
� Develop specific customer strategies and campaign& nbsp;plans, driving leadership abilities in their execution.
� Provide regular reporting of sales to managem ent, including sales pipeline development, forecast ing, key account status, market condition upda tes, sales results and team earnings.
� supervise workflow of all sales processing in cluding preparation of reports, charts, and ot her statistics to support and direct the sales department.
� Assist with budget management to ensure expen ses meet target goals.
� Develop and implement promotional events and interact with external contacts to increase sa les volume
� Mentoring team members, takes ownership of th eir issues and ensures escalation at the appropriate forums for improved efficiency
� Establishes, develops and maintains distribution a nd retail network all over the assigned region
� Meets assigned targets & strengthens channel
Requirements:
� Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degre e is a plus.
� Minimum 3 to 5 years of practice in ;Sales, Working in Distribution Telecom industry,&n bsp;sales management and channel development or&nbs p;ICT Sector
� An individual who can supervise sales and&nbs p;distribution teams and provide guidance to i mprove the effectiveness of sales and distribu tion channel
� Professional worked on challenging projects and&nb sp;has taken end-to-end responsibility from plannin g to roll out followed by feedback.
� With Excellent communication expertise to be able to advocate/defend his point of view ;with professionalism, maturity and a balanced,&nbs p;holistic view of any competing viewpoints.
� Proven capability to motivate and lead the&nb sp;sales team, Strong coordination and influencing& nbsp;expertise.
� Problem-solving and analytical expertise to interp ret sales performance and market trend informa tion.
� Self-starter with capability to multi-task, expert ise of financing solutions (e.g., loans, lease s, PPAs)
