Job Description:The University of Florida is currently searching for a Transfer Evaluation Manager. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for evaluating and posting transfer credits for UF Online students, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Key responsibilities include:Supervision & Transfer Evaluation Management
- Lead and manage the UF Online Transfer Evaluation (TE) team.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for new hires.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the UF Online TE team.
- Oversee the accurate evaluation and posting of transfer credits, including domestic, international, exam-based, and military coursework.
- Verify institutional accreditation, course equivalencies, and degree certification.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve complex issues related to transfer evaluation.
- Address escalated problems referred by subordinate supervisors or staff.
- Work closely with the Sr. Assistant Director on issues requiring advanced technical expertise and professional judgment.
Customer Service
- Ensure accurate information is disseminated through case management, phone interactions, and in-person visits.
- Collaborate with coordinators and the Sr. Assistant Director to motivate and develop the team through professional development workshops.
- Foster a high standard of customer service among staff.
Other Duties
- Assist the Sr. Assistant Director for Admissions Transfer Evaluations with special projects.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the UF Online Enrollment Services and Admissions teams.
This position is located at the University of Florida’s main campus in Gainesville, FL and may be eligible for a flexible, hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the University of Florida and Division of Enrollment Management’s policies.
Expected Salary:$55,000 annuallyIn addition, we offer the following exceptional benefits:

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of university transfer evaluation and transactions
- Experience working in admissions, transfer credit posting, and the establishment of course equivalencies
- Working knowledge of student information, admissions, and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability to work collaboratively and effectively across units at all levels
- Demonstrated commitment to good customer service practices, preferably in a student-focused environment
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
