Responsibilities
Assists the supervisor in planning and monitoring daily workflow. Provides direction for staff to accomplish efficient flow of work. Assists with orientation and training of new employees. Maintains expertise in all aspects of area activities and performs technical duties according to written policies and procedures. Monitors QA/QC activities, the physical environment, and participates in continuous improvement. Completes other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated leadership skills required. Complete understanding and demonstrated proficiency of all area work tasks. Highly developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relation skills. Proficiency in word processing, spread sheet, and computer data entry skills is desired. Must be able to read, write, and understand English. Will be required to stand and walk all the scheduled shift. Occasionally lifting 91 pounds.
