  • Contract Type: Travel Nursing
  • Clinical Setting: Outpatient
  • Hours: 8a-5p (40 hrs per week)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday with roating weekends
  • Contract Duration: Long-Term 6+ Months

Daily Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and medication education, while ensuring accurate documentation.Utilize computer systems for data entry, with complete training provided.Medication Administration: Administer medications accurately and timely following prescribed protocols, including oral, intravenous, and intramuscular routes.Treatment Management: Perform various treatments such as wound care, dressings, catheterizations, and oxygen therapy under the direction of the Unit RN.Medication Education: Provide patients with clear and concise medication education, including dosage, frequency, potential side effects, and any necessary precautions.Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including medication administration records, treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in condition.Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly assess and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature.Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identify changes in condition, and report any concerns to the Unit RN.Collaboration: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, RNs, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.Why Join Us:Make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives in a collaborative healthcare environment.Opportunity to enhance your skills through comprehensive training programs.Engage with a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.Potential for professional growth and extension of contract based on performance.If you are a compassionate and skilled LVN committed to providing top-notch patient care, we encourage you to apply.
