Occasional travelling may be required to local offices for support.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide support for all Walk-ups and remote support for end usersEnsure the proper day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and troubleshoot on-site software and hardware issues on laptops, Tablets, Workstations, and peripheralsProvide higher level support to servers, and/or network equipment or perform updates, repairs, upgrades, and other maintenance tasksReceive user calls and offer remote or on-site supportTroubleshoot system, office hardware, and business applicationsManagement and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow / ITNOW toolInstallation of Microsoft Windows 11 operating system using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or AutopilotSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experienceHigh School degree, CompTIA A+ Certificate or equivalent experienceDeliver exceptional customer serviceMust be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing problems for end usersGood communication, and customer support skillsGood analytical / troubleshooting skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, and O365 supportWage Range:
The rate for this position is between $20.25 – $29.70 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits:
