FULLY REMOTE
Lawyer with experience of acting in court of protection matters, and acting for a L.A. advising on all aspects of adult safeguarding lawy. The position involved preparation and representation in court of protection matters, advising on plans and assesssments for vulnerable adults, advising on the duties for the Council under the Care Act.
We are a small team and meet weekly on Teams to discuss allocaton and share good practice and discuss cases. The team is supported by a Group lawyer, Senior Lawyer, 2 lawyers, 1 legal officer.
Needs to be a practising Lawyer.
