What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and scheduling training sessions across the organization.
- Managing training records, tracking attendance, and supporting seamless data management.
- Assisting with e-learning platforms, ensuring training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Collaborating on reports and metrics to help drive the impact of their L&D programs.
What You Bring
- Strong administrative experience, preferably in L&D or HR.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Confidence with MS Office and a knack for learning new systems quickly.
- Ability to work well independently, with the benefit of a hybrid model.
