Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Workflow Coordinator and Document Production Specialist at Trowers & Hamlins? Join our remote team and become a crucial part of our Document Production Centre, ensuring seamless and professional document services in a fast-paced environment. This role is a 50/50 split between a Workflow Coordinator and Document Production Specialist role.

- Work-life balance with a 2pm to 10pm schedule, Monday to Friday
The Role
As a Workflow Coordinator and Document Production Specialist, you will:
- Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Handle all aspects of document production, including correspondence, reports, and data rooms.
- Ensure adherence to house style and firm-specific procedures.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks.
- Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate proactively if necessary.
- Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently up to date.
The Candidate
For the Workflow Coordinator and Document Production Specialist role, you should have:
- Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage many projects under tight deadlines.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, flexible approach with a “can do” attitude.
- A background working in document production and related technologies.
