Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

3. Sales Support and Business Development:

- Contract negotiations: Be involved in negotiating contracts, agreements, and other terms with clients. You will play a critical role in facilitating the sales process, ensuring that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Coordinate with internal teams: Collaborate with the technical sales team to ensure that the solutions provided align with the specific needs of the client. Your ability to bridge the gap between clients and internal teams will be key to successful outcomes.
4. Sales Tracking and CRM Management:
- Use Salesforce or CRM tools: Track client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities using Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Ensure that all client interactions are accurately documented, and sales activities are updated in real time.
- Monitor sales performance: Regularly review sales metrics and provide feedback to the sales team. You will help identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and work with the team to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate client records: Keep client information up to date, including contact details, preferences, and sales history. This will help ensure that sales activities are aligned with the client’s needs.
5. Collaborative Sales Support:
- Support sales team goals: Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the resources and support needed to meet and exceed their sales targets. This includes providing timely updates on client communications, project progress, and sales opportunities.
- Client success collaboration: As an Account Coordinator, you will be integral to ensuring a smooth transition for clients from the sales process to project execution. Requirements:
Required Experience and Skills:
- Previous Sales or Account Management Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role is preferred. Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales or customer relationship management will be highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. The ability to manage client data, track sales progress, and update records in CRM systems is essential for this role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are critical in this position. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, internal teams, and senior management, and must do so effectively, professionally, and in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to assess market trends, customer behaviors, and sales metrics is vital. You should be able to identify business opportunities and support the sales team with data-driven insights.
