Our company seeks an Office Cleaner to clean and sanitize our commercial building. The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, maintenance, vacuuming, and other custodial duties. We are looking for hardworking individuals to implement a high standard of cleanliness for our office. You will work on a team of office cleaners following instructions from your supervisor, and staying on-task is key.

starting at $22.00 per hour, 3 hours per week, Night shift only 6pm to 6 am

Shift Description:

• Year-round Day shifts –
• Night shift only 6pm to 6 am
• full pay even if work is completed before the time allotted.
• once per week a 2 hr shift flexible schedule on Tuesday but expected to maintain a similar day as a routine
• once per week a 1 hr shift flexible schedule on friday but expected to maintain a similar day as a routine

• * Must be able to reach Carbondale , CO*
• * Must have Housekeeping or similar cleaning experience*
• * Must have Steam cleaning or Grout work sealing experience*
• * 1-year minimum *
• Office Space.

Recurring Cleaning Staffer

• All equipment will be supplied.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Hard work is appreciated, and you will be provided with an environment of respect and trust.
• We are looking to start this week.
• Must have reliable transportation to site (own car)
• Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)
• A high standard for cleanliness
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Time-management skills
• Physical stamina
• Able to pass a background check/drug screening

Duties include:

• Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms
• Sweep, mop, hardwood floors as needed
• Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
• Dust and polish various surfaces
• Restock bathrooms with supplies
• Empty trash bins
• Keep track of the cleaning schedule

Job Type: Contract

starting at $22.00 per hour, 2 days a week, 3 hours total, but we are open to salary negotiation, please ask for more details
