Key Responsibilities/Projects
A. Competency Assessment
The Competency Assessment is a global, comprehensive evaluation conducted bi-annually. This role plays a critical part in the successful execution and analysis of the assessment process. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and Progress Monitoring:
- Oversee the progress of the assessment process, ensuring all stages are completed on time.
- Update and refine assessment questions and setups to ensure they are relevant and align with current business goals.
- Survey Distribution and Management:
- Distribute assessments across the organization, ensuring they reach all necessary participants.
- Maintain up-to-date distribution lists for outreach, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Collection and Monitoring:
- Monitor the data collection process, ensuring responses are being submitted correctly and on schedule.
- Schedule reminders to encourage timely participation and completion.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze survey results to generate actionable insights and identify trends or patterns.
- Develop performance baselines and establish minimum attainment thresholds to evaluate employee competency.
- Actionable Insights and Recommendations:
- Conduct supplementary analyses to identify key factors influencing business outcomes and performance.
- Formulate a universal competency score to assess employee performance across various business units.
Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., market/media research, data science, statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
Survey Research:
- Proficiency in designing and implementing surveys, with a focus on crafting questions that align with business objectives.
Data Expertise:
- Extensive experience handling large datasets and utilizing tools such as SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Statistical Methods:
- Knowledge of advanced digital advertising measurement techniques (e.g., regression analysis) to identify trends and patterns in data.
Causal Inference:
- Experience with causal inference methods is preferred but not required.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze data, extract valuable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to drive improvements.
Collaboration:
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Adaptability:
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and able to adjust to evolving project needs and business demands.
