Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the banking sector, particularly in loan or debt collection, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Handle outbound calls to customers for the purpose of recovery, ensuring professionalism and effective communication throughout each interaction.
• Effective Communication: Utilize phone etiquette and excellent communication skills to engage with customers, explain recove ry processes, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Account Analysis: Analyze customer accounts to determine the best approach for recovery, identifying key data points and recommending appropriate strategies.
• Cash Handling: Accurately perform cash handling duties when required, ensuring secure and correct transactions.
• Recovery Procedures: Work in an office setting remotely to carry out recove ry procedures efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in the BPO sector or within any banking environment, particularly in debt or loan collection, is preferred.
• Multitasking: Proficiency in multitasking and managing various tasks simultaneously, ensuring high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Data Analysis: Familiarity with analyzing customer data and using insights to develop effective reco very strategies that are both fair and efficient.
