Position Summary
We’re looking for a Program Coordinator, State Assessments to join our team! In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning and managing both virtual and in-person K-12 assessments at the state, and national levels. Your work will ensure a seamless process from start to finish, all while creating a positive and supportive experience for students.
To be successful, you’ll need to be detail-oriented and initiative-taking. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. If you enjoy taking ownership of projects, working both independently and collaboratively, and ensuring every detail is accounted for, we’re probably a good fit.
This is a full-time position based in Lakewood, CO, with a mix of on-site and hybrid work depending on the annual assessment schedule. You’ll also travel to assessment sites several times a year to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Job Duties
Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships;
Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude;
Oversee the entire assessment process, from planning and training to communication and handling materials, ensuring smooth and successful execution;
Simplify complex requirements by creating clear, actionable plans using state guidelines, training materials, and input from the team;
Collaborate with vendors to secure reliable locations and materials, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues quickly and professionally;
Use tools like Asana and Google Sheets to track progress, set priorities, and keep projects running on time and within budget;
Analyze data from state assessments and turn it into useful insights, sharing actionable reports with leaders and teams;
Develop and implement a staffing plan that minimizes disruption to day-to-day operations and keeps travel expenses under control;
Train team members and proctors to ensure everyone is prepared, confident, and ready to deliver a high-quality state assessment experience;
Coordinate with IT to ensure computers and equipment are available, updated, and ready to go;
Roll up your sleeves to manage materials—shipping, inventory, and distribution—keeping everything organized and on schedule;
Communicate clearly and proactively with students, parents, and staff to ensure everyone knows what to expect and feels supported;
Visit assessment locations regularly to observe, assist, and gather feedback to improve processes;
Be the go-to problem solver during state assessments, addressing system issues, answering questions, and ensuring everything stays on track;
Contribute to company meetings and initiatives with positivity and a solutions-focused attitude, and;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Program Coordinator Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Operations Management, Education, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required;
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional work experience required;
Minimum of two (2) years of project management/program coordination experience required;
Minimum of two (2) years of event planning or event management experience preferred;
Minimum of one (1) year of classroom and state testing experience preferred;
Strong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana preferred;
Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet; and
Ability to pass required background checks.
