Role Overview

As the People & Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the company’s operations and team growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, assist in strategic initiatives, and take on diverse responsibilities to help us scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
    Streamline and optimize internal processes to support our growing team and improve efficiency across the organization.
  • People Strategy:
    Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development, ensuring our culture and standards are maintained as we scale.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work across departments to execute high-priority projects and address bottlenecks quickly.
  • Project Execution:
    Take ownership of key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Support:
    Act as a trusted partner to leadership, supporting decision-making and driving critical projects forward.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in roles such as:
    • Software engineer
    • Startup founder
    • Investment banker
    • Management consultant
  • Skills & Traits:
    • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
    • Strong bias toward action and speed

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
