We are seeking a highly motivated, very detail-oriented, quick learner to run our front office. The environment is fast paced and requires someone with a quick response, critical thinking skill set. The ideal candidate will have at least a 2 or 4 year college degree and have some experience in a fast-paced office environment.

· Front-desk duties (greet visitors, accept packages, mail, etc.)

· CHEMpax ERP software to enter orders from the sales team and customers

· Prepare quotes, source vendors for products/inventory

· 4 year college degree is preferred

· Assist customers with questions about shipping, invoices, etc.

· Process orders, back up to purchasing

· Determine freight charges and prepare shipping documents for freight companies

· Support all departments with administrative reports

· Word and Excel are required, knowledge of Access is a plus
