Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in sales. This role is essential in driving sales and providing white-glove service to all clients. You will be responsible for quoting, cross-selling, assisting with policy changes, client needs/questions, always doing one step extra than the task and promoting products effectively.

Duties

• Dictate proposals for new business
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout their experience.
• Utilize retail math to assist customers with product selections and transactions accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in insurance coverages and math for accurate pricing and discounts.
• Experience in supervising staff or leading a team is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Strong organizational skills for managing follow-up
