  • Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and outside sales efforts.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of customers’ energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
  • Present the advantages of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales or solar sales is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment.
  • Willingness to engage in door-to-door sales as part of outreach efforts.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $115,060.00 – $133,823.00 per year
