Job Title: Financial Analyst (Part-Time)
Status: Part-time, hourly
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Analyst to take ownership of our financial model and monthly reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), a solid understanding of outpatient healthcare economics, and expertise in Microsoft Excel. This role requires someone capable of quickly understanding an existing financial model and confident in keeping it updated and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company’s financial model developed by the outgoing analyst.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for outpatient clinic operations.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to assist leadership in achieving organizational goals.
- Analyze key financial metrics and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within financial processes.
Hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely.Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced modeling skills.
- Experience with outpatient healthcare operations and clinic economics preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity.
