Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate complex fina ncial concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
  • Administer benefits programs, ensuring clients are informed about their options.
  • Market financial products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with outside sales teams to expand client base and enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 or Older
  • Ability to maintain a positive report with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Financial certification for your respective state. (NOTE: We provide the necessary tutoring for your certification)
  • Background check
  • Computer or Tablet to work with clients.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between clients and the company.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus, particularly in handling sensitive information.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as language skills can enhance client interactions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65,084.00 – $76,133.00 per year
