We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative with a strong operational background in solids control to join our team. This role involves building robust client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction at the field level. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of collaborating effectively with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition:
    • Conduct site visits to identify and gather information on potential new clients and leads.
    • Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for field-level customer concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and invoicing, to resolve field-level customer issues.
    • Ensure timely communication and follow-up to meet client expectations and resolve any operational concerns.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
    • Provide regular updates to the Senior Business Development Manager on client interactions and sales progress.
    • Share insights from the field to support the continuous improvement of sales strategies and customer service processes.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a customer-facing role.
