Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate tractors and other farm equipment to carry out various agricultural tasks.
• Vehicle Handling: Utilize a valid driver’s license to assist with vehicle operations, including truck driving when needed. Experience in truck driving is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Farm Duties: Support day-to-day farm activities such as planting, harvesting, feeding livestock, and maintaining fields.
• Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to accomplish tasks efficiently and meet farm production goals.
• Learning and Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and techniques to improve farm productivity.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with tractors and other farm machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates.
• Work Ethic: Candidates must be hard-working, dependable, and adaptable to varying tasks and schedules.
• Experience: Prior experience in farming or ranching is ideal but not mandatory. A willingness to learn is valued equally.

Job Types

Compensation

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
• Weekly Hours: Expected commitment ranges from 30 to 50 hours per week.

Work Schedule

• Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional adjustments depending on seasonal demands or specific farm needs.

Preferred Experience

• Farming: At least one year of farming experience is advantageous.
• Farm & Ranch Occupations: A minimum of one year of experience in farm or ranch work is preferred.

While experience is appreciated, we are open to hiring candidates who are new to farming but exhibit a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Work Location

This is an in-person position, requiring the candidate to work directly on the farm.
