High Road Delivery is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Cannabis Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enter the thriving New York cannabis industry and develop your sales skills.

## Job Description

As an Entry-Level Cannabis Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our vendor network by contacting licensed cannabis dispensaries and brands across New York state. Your primary goal will be to schedule meetings for our sales team to showcase our e-commerce and delivery services.

## Key Responsibilities

– Generate and maintain a list of potential leads within the New York cannabis industry

– Conduct cold calls to licensed dispensaries and brands

– Schedule meetings between potential vendors and our sales team

– Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments

– Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the New York adult-use cannabis market

## Qualifications

– Passion for and knowledge of the cannabis industry, particularly the New York adult-use cannabis landscape

– Natural sales ability and excellent communication skills

– Comfort with cold-calling and lead generation

– Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently

– Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills

– Must be based in New York state

## Compensation

Compensation is commission-based and will be determined by the following:

– $100 for every successful meeting scheduled and attended

– $600 for every meeting that converts to a vendor contract

– Opportunity for advancement to full sales representative or account manager roles

## Work Environment

– Remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in New York state
