Care Synergy has an immediate opening for a Director of Marketing & Communications.
Location: Denver CO
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5
Annual Pay Range: $106,000 – $125,000 (plus up to 10% bonus opportunity)
Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry! Relocation Reimbursement.

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing & brand strategies and activities. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and collaborates internally with sales, operations, and finance teams in addition to affiliate stakeholders. The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the department and will need a strong background in marketing and communications with a focus on digital marketing and project management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and creative skills, including graphic design and web management, are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, hands-on role.
- Oversees the marketing department for being accountable to quality work, responsive to deadlines, professional customer service, and adheres to a department budget.
- Collaborates with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding affiliate marketing budgets and report on marketing performance to the executive leadership of each organization, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develops and maintains strong aligned brand identities that effectively convey our affiliate organizations’ mission and values.
- Reviews current marketing trends, defines and tracks KPIs, analyzes campaign performance, and works alongside our affiliate healthcare organizations’ business development teams to shape strategies that enhance market share and increase referrals.
- Takes a hands-on approach to running the marketing department by creating and managing customer-facing content to nurture leads such as videos, social media content, and print media.
- Manages day-to-day updates for all websites.
- Provides public relations and internal communications support to executive leadership.
- Manages external paid media agencies to drive results.
- Researches competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.
WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum Experience: Five (5) or more years working in progressive marketing communication roles. Experience in the healthcare industry is desired.
- Required License: Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
