Role Responsibilities of Data Privacy Specialist

As part of DeleteMe’s team, you will contribute significantly to the success of our operations and mission. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Reports: Manage B2B reports for both the U.S. and international markets, ensuring operations consistently perform in the top 5% of core team metrics.
• Driving Process Improvements: Take the lead in identifying areas for improvement and driving process optimizations. Develop, document, and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Support new hires during the onboarding process by ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed for success.
• Project Work and Initiatives: Dedicate 25% of your work hours to special projects and operational improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with the Manager of Privacy Operations to align efforts with company goals.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve site and tooling issues. Anticipate operational challenges and implement preemptive solutions to maintain seamless workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will bring a combination of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. Specific requirements include:

• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in operational tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence. Strong ability to interpret data and leverage insights for decision-making and process improvements.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of mentoring team members, guiding them toward achieving individual and team goals. Demonstrated ability to lead process changes and inspire collaboration among team members.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: A strategic mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement scalable, effective solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
