- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create dynamic, visually engaging reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner, tailoring insights to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- KPI Monitoring:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular updates on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Support Decision-Making:
- Work alongside business leaders to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Offer recommendations based on d ata to optimize processes and outcomes.
Skills and Competencies
To excel in this role, you’ll need a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills:
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in SQL for querying dat abases and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for d ata analysis and modeling.
- D ata Visualization:
- Proficiency in creating impactful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex dat a into digestible visual stories.
- Statistical Analysis:
- Familiarity with statistical techniques to uncover meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning is a plus.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical mindset to approach challenges logically and strategically.
- Ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Communication Skills:

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Da ta Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a da ta analysis role or similar position.
