We’re looking for dedicated and patient individuals to join our team as Custom er Service Representatives. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to providing exceptional support to our cus tomers. You’ll be on the front lines, assisting users with a wide range of inquiries and ensuring their experiences with TeamSpeak are seamless and satisfying.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
- Customer Interaction:
- Promptly respond to cust omer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to customer s while addressing their questions and concerns.
- Technical Support:
- Offer technical support to custo mers, troubleshooting issues and striving to resolve them during initial contact.
- Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
- Account Assistance:
- Help custom ers with account setup, account management, and billing inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of account-related concerns.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex technical or account-related problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Work closely with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using ticketing systems like ZenDesk.
- Ensure detailed documentation to facilitate seamless follow-ups and resolution tracking.
- Industry and Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about gaming trends, communication platforms, and updates to TeamSpeak’s products.
- Use this knowledge to offer insightful and relevant support to users.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech-related field.
- Previous experience with TeamSpeak is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with gaming and online communication platforms is beneficial.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems like ZenDesk for managing customer inquiries.
- Competence in MS Office applications and other customer service software.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and German is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks seamlessly.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
