Responsibilities
- Communicate with cus tomers via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Analyse cus tomer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to custom ers when applicable
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle custom er complaints and ensure resolution
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Requirements Customer Service Representative
Remote
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Prior experience in custome r service is desirable
