At our personal injury law firm, we are on the lookout for a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Intake Specialist to join our dedicated and growing team of professionals. Our commitment lies in crafting a deeply personalized experience that is not only reliable but also goes above and beyond to support our clients effectively.

Our sincere and empathetic approach starts with the first call received at our office, often originating after a serious accident or incident. This role serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, a significant portion of whom are Spanish-speaking. We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, enabling them to convey compassion and understanding effectively. The ability to excel in client follow-up, comfortable outreach, and attention to detail is crucial for success in this position.

Duties Include, but are not limited to Client:

● Handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and offer information to new clients.

● Conduct outbound follow-up calls with potential clients.

● Screen cases, determine client eligibility, and send Turn Down Statements.

● Manage various call tasks, including appointment scheduling, document retrieval, data collection, agreement management, and case status updates.

● Maintain meticulous records in CRM and other databases.

● Note that this role involves no cold calling but may require substantial follow-up with potential clients as needed.

Desired Experience Includes, but not limited to:

● Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced phone-based setting.

● I2 to 3 years of experience in a law firm or similar professional environment

Hours and Compensation:

● The compensation package for this role consists of a starting salary ranging from $50,000-$60,000 dependent on experience.

● This role offers a range of benefits, including Group Health Insurance, dental coverage, and vision coverage, all available after the initial 90-day period. Additionally, we provide paid time off and observe paid holidays, ensuring a well-rounded compensation package.

This role is done as a remote work position. You must have a conducive work environment for working remotely with reliable internet and phone service, as well as being able to maintain a professional environment for on-camera meetings daily.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
