Business Development Coordinator – TEMPORARY/PART TIME – REMOTE
Job Overview of Business Development Coordinator – TEMPORARY/PART TIME – REMOTE:
As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role serves as a coordinator to our national, territory and region business development Business partnerships. Serves as the liaison across operations, marketing, and communications for nonpharmaceutical efforts. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
Accountabilities of Business Development Coordinator – TEMPORARY/PART TIME – REMOTE:
Mission Integration
- Partner with Education Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the LLS overall mission, programs, Business resources, and priorities
- .
Program Logistics & Data Management of Business Development Coordinator – TEMPORARY/PART TIME – REMOTE:
- Internal communication to key staff with deadlines
- Weekly audit of trackers ensuring they are complete & up to date.
- Consistent follow up with internal staff to get updates on project status.
- Ensure tool kit assets are updated and accessible to all staff.
- Schedule, facilitate, and manage bi-weekly “office hours” for local staff.
- Create and manage agenda development for weekly check-in calls with external partners.
- Oversee logistics, timelines, and other operational elements for Business assigned National Partnerships.
Requirements for Business Development Coordinator – TEMPORARY/PART TIME – REMOTE
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to keep organized and on task Business while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to host virtual meetings and lead status update Business discussions.

- Required to work some evenings or weekends.
- Part time position – about 15 hrs/week
- This is a Non-Exempt, hourly paid role. The average salary is $25/hr, open to further discussion based on geography.
