Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome and Assistance: Extend a warm greeting to all guests upon arrival and provide assistance with their luggage.
  • Valet and Parking Services: Safely handle guest vehicles, ensuring proper parking and retrieval.
  • Room Escort and Orientation: Escort guests to their rooms, offering an introduction to the hotel’s amenities and features.
  • Local Expertise: Provide guests with detailed information about nearby attractions, dining options, and available services.
  • Guest Requests: Handle inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the lobby area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with front desk staff to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interact gracefully with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge Base: Familiarity with hotel operations and a solid understanding of guest relations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and phone operations is a plus.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $19.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Expected commitment of 40 hours per week

Experience and Location Requirements
