Its is a US based Telemarketing company, and we are working on the product which is Final Expense Campaign. Agents, who are working from home, will be hired on the avatar dialing position and they must communicate with the US customers via recordings. Agents will be provided with the recordings and the dialer software so that they will respond to the customers easily.

The SOUNDBOARD dialing will also be provided to the agents which consists of several recordings and the agent must play them according to the given eligibility criteria pattern. Agents must identify that the customer is eligible for life insurance or not. If the customer is an eligible agent must transfer the call to the verified agent and it will be considered as a valid transfer.

The COST of each valid transfer is 100 Rupees and when the valid transfer is converted into the sale there will Avatar be an additional 500 rupees on that transfer.

Campaign: FE (Final expense) That covers funeral burial expenses of the buyer.

Timing: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Requirements of Avatar CSR work from home

◆ Good English speaking and listening Avatar skills

◆ Laptop

◆ Good internet ( Must have 8 to 10 min Mbps )

Bonuses Transfer Price: Each transfer will be billed at a Avatar fixed rate of 100 PKR.

Sold Plan: Our sold plan will now be structured as follows:

1-10 solds: 500 PKR

each 11-20 solds: 750 PKR each 20+ solds: 1000 PKR each

For example, if you achieve 12 solds, the first 10 will be valued at 500 PKR each, and the additional 2 will be valued at 750 PKR each.

Daily Incentives: We are introducing revised daily incentive tiers:

* 20 Approved Transfers per day: 500 PKR

* 25 Approved Transfers per day: 750 PKR

* 30 Approved Transfers per day: 1000 PKR

* 35 Approved Transfers per day: 1250 PKR

* 40 Approved Transfers per day: 1500 PKR

New Sold Daily Incentive Plan: A new daily incentive plan for solds is now in place:

* 2-4 solds: 250 PKR

* 5-7 solds: 500 PKR

* 8-10 solds: 750 PKR

✔ Punctuality Bonus

1- If you took 800 calls in a day and manage to maintain 800 call average in a month you will qualify for 5000

NOTE: 1- Daily Cash Incentive will be added up in your salary.

2- Remember your minimum Target to Retain in this organization is to hit 200 Approved Quality Transfers to retain your position in this organization

5- This Bonus and Salary plan will remain till 6 months Review on Salary plan & Bonus Plan Will be considered after 6 months

6- In case of your outstanding performance, the Company will decide either to change your Salary/Bonus plan or your Designation within 6 months or not
