The Accounting and Beverage Administrative Specialist reports to the Controller and works closely with the executive and beverage teams of Frasca Hospitality Group. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the sommelier team while providing additional support to accounts payable and the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Administrative Support (50%)

  • Visit restaurants twice a week to review and enter beverage invoices and credits into the company inventory system, Bevrager.
  • Assist with month-end inventory, which may require nontraditional business hours once a month.
  • Support offsite wine inventories mid-month to reconcile end-of-month data.
  • Maintain and reconcile Google Sheets with R365 and vendor statements, ensuring accuracy for month-end inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Attend and be available for month-end inventory processes (31st of each month) and reconciliation tasks from the 1st–3rd of each month.
  • Initially assigned to Denver restaurants, with the possibility of expanding to additional locations.

Accounts Payable Assistant (30%)

  • Review and approve AP invoices in Ottimate for accurate coding before syncing with R365.
  • Process and code beverage invoices for R365.
  • Maintain vendor profiles, including W9s, addresses, and other critical details.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Specialist to resolve AP issues as needed.
  • Maintain and update the donation tracker.

Executive Administrative Support (20%)

  • Manage license and permit renewals, including liquor licenses, sales tax filings, and patio permits.
  • Provide calendar scheduling and credit card expense tracking support for one or two executive team members.
  • Schedule travel arrangements.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the executive team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with beverage inventory and SKU variations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments and with vendors.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for inventory purposes.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial and operational information.
  • Reliable form of transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range $57,000 to $65,000 based on experience.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Frasca Hospitality Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package to eligible employees.
