About the Role

As a Van Assembly Technician, you will construct, fit, and test components for our custom van builds. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities Van Assembly Technician

Manasquan, NJ

• Install exterior components, including:
• Vent fans
• AC units
• Solar panels
• Roof racks
• Running boards
• Rear tire carriers and boxes
• Windows
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results.
• Power systems

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Preferred:

• Experience with RVs or vehicle modifications.
• Proficiency with woodworking tools and materials.
• 2+ years of experience using shop tools.
• Finish cabinetry experience is a plus.
• Mechanical or electrical experience.

Work Schedule

• Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (4×10 schedule).
• Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week.
