Technician Job brief:

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Duties:

– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating units, and refrigeration systems
– Provide outstanding customer service and support during all interactions
– Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with HVAC equipment
– Install new HVAC systems and components
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems
– Respond to service calls and perform repairs in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
– Produce timely and detailed service reports
– Document warranty process to ensure we are properly reimbursed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties, operating company vehicles and utilize field automation systems

Experience:

– Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
– Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is required
– Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
– Experience driving a van or similar vehicle is a plus
– Knowledge of HVAC/R, air conditioning, appliance repair, ammonia refrigeration, or equipment repair is required
– Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job
– Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules, including emergency service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
