What You’ll Do:

As a Service Greeter, you’ll play a vital role in providing superior customer servi ce to se rvice clients while learning the automotive industry. Responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Warmly greet customers in the servi ce drive.
    • Direct clients to the appropriate serv ice advisor.
    • Provide exceptional customer ser vice by addressing questions and concerns.
  2. Vehicle Handling:
    • Move and park service vehicles as needed.
    • Perform basic checks and obtain key vehicle information during the check-in process.
  3. Support Service Operations:
    • Retrieve parts and supplies to assist the team.
    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the serv ice drive through janitorial tasks.
  4. Technology & Administration:
    • Utilize tablets and IT platforms to support check-in and service processes.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should:

  • Have excellent people skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
  • Be comfortable with basic technology, including tablets and IT platforms.
  • Maintain a great attitude and professional appearance.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Be physically capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments, with tasks involving standing, walking, bending, twisting, and kneeling for up to 75% of the shift.

Work Environment:

This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in a busy shop environment. As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll actively engage with clients while working on the service drive.
