Landscape Designer – Full-Time (In-Office)

Are you passionate about landscape design and eager to contribute to innovative projects? We are seeking a Lands cape Designer to support the development of diverse land scape projects across multiple phases. In this role, you will work closely with our project design team to ensure the successful execution of high-quality landscape solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Collaboration: Assist in designing landsc apes for single-family residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
• Design Development: Work with project teams to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordination & Communication: Participate in project meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to support project execution.
• Software & Graphics: Produce high-quality drafting, renderings, and documentation using software such as Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as hand graphics.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Become familiar with agency submittal and review processes, including Planning, Design Review, HOA, CCRs, and Building requirements.
• Site Visits & Documentation: Assist in conducting site visits, site analysis, and documentation of existing conditions.
• Project Accuracy: Take detailed notes on project changes during meetings to ensure accurate documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively under senior staff management while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Land scape Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in landsc ape design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting/documentation programs.
  • Proficiency in Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar rendering/presentation software.
• Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of lands cape design principles, including site analysis, grading, planting design, and hardscape design.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: Commitment to delivering high-quality, visually compelling renderings and presentations.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset.

Compensation & Application Process

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience, education, and skills).
