Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will:

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Conduct inspections to identify any necessary repairs or services.
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards for Mechanic maintenance procedures.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Experience:
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable.
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented and flexible, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the Toyota brand.
