Responsibilities
As part of our housekeeping team, your key duties will include:
- Room Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replace used linens and towels with fresh, clean ones to ensure guest comfort.
- Restock room amenities, such as toiletries, refreshments, and other supplies.
- Reporting and Safety:
- Promptly report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team.
- Common Area Cleaning:
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces, including hallways and lounges.
- Contribute to floor care and other tasks as needed.
- Guest Interaction:
- Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Adherence to Protocols:
- Follow established cleaning procedures and standards to maintain hygiene and safety compliance.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with the following qualities and skills:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a bonus.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Effective time management to complete tasks within allotted schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
