PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking individuals to join our hotel team and help maintain a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. Prior hotel laundry experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates who are eager to learn!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in line with the hotel’s established standards.
• Perform assigned housekeeping duties, including laundry tasks, room cleaning, and replenishing supplies.
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Operate independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency in your work.

Requirements

• Availability:
  • Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Communication Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Reliability:
  • Must have reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
• Physical Fitness:
  • Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, and push or pull loads up to 75 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours) and clean an industry-standard number of rooms per shift (approximately 14–16).
• Legal Eligibility:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid work permit.
  • Pass a national criminal background check.
• Work Ethic:
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well independently or in a team.
