Responsibilities
This is a start up, and will require some Chemical international travel during the design and implementation phases of the machinery for the new facility
**This will be a full-time
Contributing to the development, installation, and implementation of battery cell manufacturing equipment
Taking equipment from rough concepts to full production
Managing equipment suppliers or internal design teams through development and deployment milestones
Developing station requirements, including work content, automation vs. manual processes, buffering strategy, and redundancy requirements
Working with industrial engineering to develop material flow strategy within the factory
Identifying utilities needed and utility distribution strategy (PDPs, compressed air, process water, etc.)
Completing process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA)
Developing equipment timing charts
Overseeing equipment installation and coordinating with building and utilities teams
Developing equipment validation plans and executing them
Creating detailed Manufacturing Instructions to document new processes
Job description
This is a manufacturing role, not a research role. Must have Chemical experience in Manufacturuing!

The Alloy Group is partnered with a Joint Venture Start Up in Byhalia, MS. We are seeking local and relocatable Engineers for this new facility. Relocation package is available! This is a start up, and will require some international travel during the design and implementation phases of the machinery for the new facility.

  • This will be a full-time. onsite position, and this will not be a remote position*
