Soldotna, AK
Responsibilities:
As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Light Housekeeping:
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and organizing.
- Meal Preparation:
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Transportation Assistance:
- Accompanying clients to appointments, running errands, or providing rides as needed.
- Companionship:
- Offering emotional support and companionship to foster a positive and caring environment.
- Personal Care Assistance:
- Helping clients with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Shower and Bathing Support:
- Assisting clients with bathing and maintaining proper hygiene.
- Toileting and Incontinent Care:
- Supporting clients with toileting needs, including peri/incontinent care, in a respectful and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable and professional, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required; we provide training for dedicated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, such as lifting or assisting with mobility.
