Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and Repairing Automotive Issues: Utilize your mechanical knowledge to identify and repair various vehicle problems, ensuring cars run efficiently and safely.
• Performing Repairs: Complete repairs of all complexities, from minor fixes to major overhauls.
• Air Conditioning and Wheel Alignment Skills: If you have expertise in air conditioning repair and wheel alignment, that will be highly beneficial.
• Customer Service Excellence: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing top-quality service and communication.
• Collaboration: Work well within a team environment and assist others as needed to maintain efficient shop operations.
• Continual Learning: Stay up to date with new automotive technologies and repair techniques through on-the-job and paid training.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: ASE certifications are highly recommended, though not required. Any additional certifications will be viewed as a strong asset.
• Education: A high school diploma is required. A trade school or college degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in automotive repair is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong hands-on aptitude who are willing to learn.
• Skills:
  • Strong diagnostic skills for a variety of automotive systems.
  • Mechanical expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to perform air conditioning and wheel alignment services is a plus.
  • Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year, based on experience and skills.
