What You’ll Do:

As an Automotive Technician, your responsibilities will include assisting experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, performing routine vehicle maintenance, and learning the ins and outs of automotive systems. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

• Assist in Diagnosing and Repairing Issues: Work alongside skilled technicians to help identify and fix problems using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform Routine Maintenance: Handle tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and other basic automotive maintenance services.
• Learn about Automotive Systems: Gain knowledge of electrical systems, powertrains, and other essential components.
• Maintain a Safe and Organized Workspace: Keep the shop environment clean and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Drive Vehicles for Testing and Repairs: Occasionally test and move vehicles, following all traffic regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required to drive vehicles for testing and repairs.
• Basic Automotive Skills: Experience with basic tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery changes, and brake checks.
• Hand Tools: You should have a basic set of hand tools to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Willingness to Learn: While some experience is required, we’re especially looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the automotive field.
• Interest in the Automotive Industry: A passion for cars and mechanical work is essential.

Job Requirements:

• Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime opportunities are available.
• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time. We offer flexibility based on your needs.
• Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Expected Hours: 38 – 48 hours per week.
