Job Description
A multi-billion dollar long-only, large-cap international equity fund is seeking an Associate Equity Analyst to join its team of dedicated investment professionals. Our investment approach is quantitatively and fundamentally driven, with a focus on outperforming the MSCI World Ex. U.S. by identifying companies across all countries and industries that generate high returns on capital, consistent earnings, with strong balance sheets and attractive valuations. We use quantitative tools in both the research and portfolio construction process.
This position works closely with senior investment professionals, including the portfolio managers and experienced Analysts, providing exposure to high-level decision-making processes. In addition to working with the immediate team, analysts will have the opportunity to work with other teams across the investment department, reflecting our strong collaborative culture. This role offers high visibility and career growth within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Job Description
Perform bottom-up fundamental analysis, assessing a company’s competitive advantages.
Analyze company performance, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors to generate actionable investment insights.
Collaborate with team members to leverage quantitative tools to construct and maintain the portfolio.
nd contribute to other firm-wide projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework and ideally 1-2 years of experience in equity research (buy-side or sell-side), investment banking or private equity.
Strong research skills, including proficiency in both data collection and analysis.
Experience using quantitative and statistical tools to screen, monitor and construct a diversified portfolio. Proficiency in FactSet a plus.
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively within associate teams.
Working knowledge of Python, SAS, MATLAB, R or similar tools a plus.
Progress towards CFA a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $80k-125k . Actual salaries will vary and will be based associate on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
